We write to inform you all that Diplock Solicitors remains open for business and to explain how Diplock Solicitors may be able to support you all through this challenging and stressful period.
We are continuing to represent our clients and to take new clients on. We continue to offer a service in all departments – immigration, Human-rights, family, Convincing, civil and commercial litigation, housing, social welfare and public law.
Our team members have full access to their papers electronically and available to take your instructions on Skype/Zoom/WhatsApp/FaceTime. Our admin support team also can fully function remotely, which indicates that we can undoubtedly coordinate conference calls and remote meetings if essential.
It appears that most if not all, face-to-face Courts and Tribunal hearings has been or will be postponed. However, we have access to practitioners/Barristers/Advocates who can take instructions to do any face to face or emergency hearings. We can confirm our team members can do/participate in any telephone hearings or conferences.
Our head office (764 Barking Road, E13 9PJ) remains open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. However, this is for only extremely urgent and unavoidable circumstances. Our conference room is equipped with hand-sanitisers, and we strictly follow all the social distancing and hand-washing guidance. We will appreciate if you follow our hygienic protocol while visiting our office.
Please rest assured that Diplock Solicitors is here and ready to help you in any way that we can, although, we are generally working.
